Includes: Flexible pacing (weekly or fortnightly, with options to space further when needed), tailored to your capacity and goals. Change is still possible — it may simply require more time when sessions are spaced out.


TARGETED TRAUMA RESOLUTION: FOCUSSED
Best for: People whose symptoms feels trauma-linked and body-led: you may feel hijacked by triggers, memories, or nervous-system reactions. This approach focus on stabilization and resourcing first, then use structured trauma processing followed by integration so the change holds.
Includes: EMDR and other trauma focussed modalities with pacing, safety, consent, and nervous-system support.
STRUCTURED DEPTH THERAPY: INTENSIVE
Best for: People ready to commit to long-term repair and rebuild: attachment injuries, relational trauma, self-worth, identity, and repeating patterns that need continuity and structured integration. You’re not just seeking relief — you’re seeking transformation
Includes: Reserved weekly sessions, a clear therapeutic arc, emotional regulation practices for in-between sessions.
